Job Summary

MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Conveyancing Specialist to join our team. As a leading recruitment and solutions firm, we specialize in the fields of IT & Technology, Engineering & Technical, Real Estate & Construction, and Accounting & Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the conveyancing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle property searches, review legal documents, and coordinate with stakeholders to complete transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
