We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre Alberta Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Data Entry: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits.
  • Client Communication: Provide general information to clients and the public, and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Office Maintenance: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, locate and remove files requested, and organize and schedule office work.

Requirements: Hardworking, positive attitude, quick learner, time management, client focus, excellent oral communication, and team player.

Work Conditions: Tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail.

Experience: Will train, permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week, and English language.
