About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Protective Services to join our team at Authentic Concierge and Security Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to ensure effective protection of our clients and assets.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to drive business growth and success.
  • Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to create a high-performing team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the security or protective services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.
