Job Summary

CSK Investors Group Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our cleaning team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Direct and oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our facilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
    • Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns identified during inspections
  • Manage Budget and Resources
    • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services
    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cleaning services and materials
  • Communicate with Team Members and Stakeholders
    • Provide clear guidance and direction to cleaning staff on cleaning procedures and protocols
    • Communicate with facilities management team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of cleaning activities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in facilities management or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
