A key aspect of this role is conducting assessments to determine clients' rehabilitation needs. You will develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, facilitate therapeutic and support groups, provide education on coping strategies and life skills, and monitor clients' progress, adjusting plans as needed. Your strong interpersonal and motivational skills will enable you to establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred. Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings is essential, and a strong foundation in interpersonal and motivational skills is required.Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This competitive compensation package reflects the value we place on attracting and retaining top talent in the field.

Requirements
