**Job Opportunity at Sharp Brains**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at Sharp Brains. This is a permanent role based in London, offering a hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Lead the execution of enterprise-grade projects, with a focus on managing IT contracts, particularly those involving ERP, JDE, DOTNET, and MS Full Stack Technologies.
  2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Oversee the governance of all projects executed in the location, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
  4. Accountable for the delivery of streams owned and managed independently, with a focus on meeting project milestones and budget targets.
  5. Act as the first point of escalation for delivery-related issues, providing timely and effective resolution.
  6. Collaborate with onsite and offshore program managers, as well as other location delivery managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Provide backup support to offshore program managers in assigned streams, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  8. Own the profit and loss (P&L) for the location, tracking project budget, progress, and fulfillment of project milestones.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve gross margin for the tracks owned, implementing strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  10. Oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful project closure and customer satisfaction.
  11. Work closely with customers and solution architects to scope projects, plan deliveries, and drive proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  12. Schedule and assign resources for project tasks, in collaboration with other program and project managers.
  13. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project, monitoring service delivery and initiating strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
