Seasonal Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a representative of Indigo, you will be the face of our brand and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $40,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive health and wellness program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
  • Add joy to our customers' lives by leveraging our products and services
  • Engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their needs and preferences
  • Curate product collections to meet the interests of our customers
  • Ensure visual standards are met and maintained throughout the store
  • Role model Indigo's High Performance Characteristics
  • Seek information about new products, promotions, and programs to stay up-to-date
  • Contribute to an environment where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority
  • Take accountability for responding to customer feedback in a timely manner
  • Hold self and others accountable for meeting expectations
  • Own self-development and provide continuous feedback to colleagues and leadership
  • Share ideas with leadership on how to improve the employee and customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset
