We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Moncton. If you have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to multi-task, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

Our Service Division is looking for an individual who can effectively manage daily time entry and expense submission for our service technicians, generate and issue invoices to clients, and assist with accounts payable/receivable inquiries. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, supporting field staff with general inquiries, and preparing customer reports as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A certificate or diploma in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset, as would knowledge or experience in accounts payables/receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily time entry and expense submission for our service technicians
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable inquiries
  • Issue Purchase orders
  • Support field staff with general inquiries
  • Prepare customer reports as required

As a member of our administrative team, you will have the opportunity to cross-train with other employees and provide occasional coverage. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
