Programmatic Specialist

At Cossette Media, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programmatic Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our programmatic team, you will be responsible for creating and executing world-class programmatic programs and strategies for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programmatic strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with 360 planners to create programmatic-first media plans that meet client objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising
  • Train and mentor team members on programmatic best practices
  • Partner with the Director of Programmatic to ensure effective delivery of programmatic campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and data providers
  • Manage performance, budget, financial, and time management
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of programmatic experience
  • Expertise in demand-side platforms (Google Display and Video 360, Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Yahoo), ad servers (Google Campaign Manager), and data management platforms (Adobe Audience Manager, GA360)
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills, with a strong knowledge of math and statistics
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a burning desire to succeed
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives
