**Job Overview**
As a senior member of our design team, you will contribute significantly to defining the face and future of our global enterprise software solutions. You will work closely with our VP of Product to create cutting-edge products that exceed user expectations.
You will be an integral part of our creation process, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to discover and define problems. Your expertise in human-centered design will help us deliver world-class products.
**Responsibilities**
- Design solutions for various enterprise modules, administrative workflows, and consumer experiences.
- Optimize existing interfaces and create new products from scratch.
- Drive team scalability through strong digital asset management practices.
- Facilitate conceptual design sessions, product development cycles, and high-velocity prototyping.
- Create sketches, wireframes, screenflows, prototypes, and presentations.
- Closely collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure design intent is achieved.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in Software Product Design.
- Experience designing for both Enterprise/B2B and consumer-facing products.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building out component libraries.
- Strong understanding of process and its application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and share knowledge.
