We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, directing them to the correct department or contact person
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and electronically
  • Perform data entry tasks, such as updating patient information and tracking appointment schedules
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, office administration)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles
