Job Title: Real Estate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at Nava Wilson LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including filing systems and document management
  • Prepare and review legal documents, such as wills, real estate transactions, and court reports
  • Draft legal correspondence and communicate with clients and suppliers
  • Record transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide staff training and support
  • Negotiate mortgage loans and make applications to lenders on behalf of clients
  • Assist prospective buyers in making offers on real estate properties
  • Document work completed and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in a real estate law firm or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software applications
