The company has recently launched ExoSphere, a groundbreaking solution for the mineral exploration industry that provides lightning-fast, 3D mapping of underground structures and increased accuracy in drilling targets.
This cutting-edge technology is helping the world transition to clean-air mobility technologies by creating a faster, more sustainable, and less expensive route to finding critical mineral deposits.
Fleet has signed contracts with over 30 customers based in Australia and North America, including Rio Tinto, Barrick Gold, and Core Lithium.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our passionate and diverse team to drive relationships across Saskatchewan.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, researching and targeting new prospects, and delivering compelling presentations that win over decision-makers and close deals.
Ideal candidates will have completed studies or worked in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field and share the passion that our clients and team do for the earth sciences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development across Saskatoon, identifying new leads and managing the sales process end-to-end.
- Utilize your understanding of the sales process and various engagement channels to connect with potential customers and create new qualified and relevant leads.
- Account Planning, including deepening relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and developing tailored strategies to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Pro-actively work to build a validated and qualified sales pipeline that enables excellent annual growth and fosters sustainable relationships with customers that lead to recurring sales.
- Genuinely engage with stakeholders on all levels and explore opportunities for alignment in a way that feels personalized and right for them.
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Geophysics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant business development experience with strong sales results demonstrated.
- A self-starter with the drive and ambition to identify and open up new business opportunities and generate strong sales results using various communication channels.
- Confident verbal and written communication with the ability to present information to potential customers through sales presentations, workshops, and public speaking at industry and networking events.
- Creative and adaptable mindset demonstrated through ability to open up new sales opportunities and closing deals in competitive sales environments.
- Great strategic thinker with the ability to identify, categorize, and prioritize sales opportunities.
