APEX ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS is seeking a skilled Metal Mold Maker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal molds and dies for our aluminum extrusion process.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create metal molds and dies using precision measuring instruments and computer-aided design software.
- Program CNC machine tools to manufacture complex metal parts.
- Test and inspect final products to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
- 5+ years of experience in metal mold making and die fabrication.
- Proficiency in Unigraphics, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SolidWorks software.
