Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes, and it accurately reflects the status of all activity.
  • Support our DEI culture throughout the recruiting process.
  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practices to add value to discussions.
  • Proactively source candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques, employing innovative techniques to identify elusive talent in the market.
  • Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates.
  • Manage job board advertising to ensure adverts are compelling and accurate, and positioned appropriately.
  • Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates, managing candidate communications to ensure talent pools remain relevant.
  • Update applicant records in the ATS with applicants being rejected as appropriate and suitable applicants moved to talent pools for future reference.
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets.
  • Escalate any issues in relation to the supply of effectiveness.
  • Screen and qualify candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information to create long-list recruitment services.
  • Participate and contribute in team meetings.
  • Develop a broad understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and strategies through attending training and networking.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing with a proven understanding of one or more industry sectors.
  • Experience working with recruitment systems and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Proven success in utilizing social networking sites to successfully source candidates.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
