As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and daily paperwork
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day operations, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and delivery of our Customer Promise
  • Manage financial controls, operations, people development, and compliance across shifts

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant equipment, policies, and procedures
  • Completion of internal training curriculums
