Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at Service Ontario Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Explain services offered and provide information on pricing and availability
  • Issue receipts and other forms as required
  • Assess client feedback and provide meaningful information and services
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing
  • Receive payments and process transactions
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance and bondability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
