Job Title: Senior Electronics Design Engineer

Trudell Medical International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electronic solutions for our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic hardware and firmware for medical devices
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance product development capabilities
  • Mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain internal and external networks to support product development
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in designing electronics for medical devices or similar devices
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
  • Experience in embedded systems design and development for commercial products
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong knowledge of design for electromagnetic compliance and experience designing electronic products compliant with IEC60601 or IEC62304
