Industrial Joiner

We are seeking a skilled Welder to work with us at beBee Professionals in Leamington, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and meet project requirements.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to achieve high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, and make adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines, and communicate effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship to demonstrate expertise in welding techniques and industry standards.
• Certification in welding techniques, such as AWS or CWB, to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting to demonstrate practical skills and knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality work and meet customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a safe working space, and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
