Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Experience with middleware and gateways.
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
  • Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
  • Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
  • Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience with Lotus Notes R6.5.1, JavaScript, and client-server/PC application environments.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Lotus Notes architecture and Domino administration.
  • Quest Migrator for Notes to SharePoint experience.

Knowledge of PC/LAN/WAN and Communication:

  • Resource must be able to communicate efficiently with ITS, Ministry Clients, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Must Haves:

  • In-depth knowledge of Lotus Notes data structures to enable data extraction for consumption in an SQL database structure.
  • Quest Migrator for Notes to SharePoint experience.
  • Resource must be able to communicate efficiently with ITS, Ministry Clients, etc.
