Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through phone calls and emails.
- Process customer requests and review documentation to ensure accurate information.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide the best possible service.
- Professional fluency in English and French with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience in a claims service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with computer software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivation and initiative to deliver high-quality service and meet personal and company goals.
