Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.

Job Description
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Operate industrial equipment to remove debris and waste from premises.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure they are following safety protocols.
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants and assist with advertising vacancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
