Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Complex Care Project Manager to join our team at Alberta Health Services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the implementation and evaluation of a Project ECHO program for pediatric complex care in Southern Alberta.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for applying project management, change management, risk management, and quality & process improvement methodology towards the execution of this work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Project ECHO program
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Implement quality and process improvement initiatives to optimize project outcomes
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A baccalaureate degree in a health-related field
  • Master's degree in business, administration, or a health-related field (preferred)
  • Formal training/designations and/or extensive experience in project management and/or quality and process improvement methodologies and tools/techniques
  • 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare setting (acute/ambulatory preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in areas of project management, change management, data analysis, and evaluation
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
