Retail Store Manager

At T-shirt Time, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and ability to multitask.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The role involves standing for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
