Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Aerosports Trampoline Park. As an integral member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall employee experience and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Job

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team, using their expertise to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Develop and implement effective processes for managing employee conflicts and grievances, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Assign Projects to Subordinates and Staff: Utilize your leadership skills to delegate tasks and projects to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Coordinate HR Department Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, driving business results through strategic initiatives.
