Grocery Clerk Job Description at Real Canadian Superstore

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Grocery Clerk to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves according to company standards, ensuring that our products are presented in an appealing and attractive way.
  • Accurately scan products, identify inventory needs, and assist with ordering to ensure that we have the right products on hand for our customers.
  • Set up and maintain company-directed promotions and programs to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Keep department areas neat and tidy, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
