About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at All Clear Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture using industrial-grade equipment.
  • Fixture and Appliance Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Disinfection and Sanitizing: Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
