Process Engineering Specialist for Advanced Desalination and Lithium Refining

Job SummaryWe are seeking highly skilled Senior Chemical Process Engineers to join our team as Process Engineering Specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detailed process design and process optimization with a keen interest in mentoring and training junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead process design of lithium recovery and advanced desalination plants by implementing repeatable modular water treatment unit operations.
- Research process device options and specifications to determine the best technology and economic fit for a project.
- Perform tasks such as designing cost-effective and environmentally beneficial process solutions, generating and maintaining PFDs, P&IDs, and mass balances, developing control philosophies, participating in Process Hazard Analysis/HAZOPs, creating commissioning plans, and driving pilot testing and innovation.
- You have a relevant degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Integrated Engineering, coupled with process design experience.
- You have 8-10 years of post-graduation experience in process or chemical engineering within an industrial setting.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can mentor and develop junior engineers.
- You have experience in developing P&IDs, preferably using AutoCAD P&ID or similar software.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You can organize, prioritize, maintain high-quality work, pay attention to detail, and quickly acquire new skills.
