Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and messages, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve queries and issues.
  • Compile reports, statistics, and other information, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

A competitive salary of $45,000 per annum is offered for this role, based on industry standards and market rates. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs.
