Job Title: Research Analyst I

At the University Health Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst I to support our Cancer Genomics Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to contribute to our mission of advancing cancer research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage clinical research data for studies in support of Cancer Genomics Program initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity, reviewing medical charts for relevant information and recording clinical research data in electronic case report forms (eCRFs).
  • Perform study-related administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and obtaining signatures for submissions to and tracking approvals from the Research Ethics Board.
  • Interpret applicable regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Health or Science-Related Discipline.
  • Demonstrated relevant clinical research knowledge.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in oncology, clinical trials, medical terminology, and regulatory issues involving human subjects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, prioritization skills, computer skills, ability to learn quickly, and work independently.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and attend to details.
