The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a legal department or consulting firm, with a strong understanding of legal precedents and the ability to research and retrieve archival materials.

The Senior Legal Researcher will be responsible for:

  • Assembling documentary evidence in preparation for trial
  • Coordinating administrative services
  • Interviewing clients, witnesses, and other related parties
  • Performing clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
  • Writing trial briefs
  • Researching records, court files, and other legal documents
  • Arranging pre-trial conferences and hearings
  • Representing clients internationally in consultation with foreign associates and attorneys
  • Collecting and recording administrative and service fees
  • Drafting legal correspondence
  • Recommending legal action or discontinuation of service
  • Completing legal documentation
  • Analyzing and interpreting data
  • Researching and retrieving archival materials
  • Researching legal precedents and gathering evidence
  • Drawing up legal documents and preparing statements of legal opinion

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
