Diversity and Inclusion Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Supplier Experience Manager, responsible for fostering strategic relationships with suppliers and promoting their success.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's mission of enhancing inclusivity by bringing corporations and small businesses together. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing initiatives to drive business collaboration and growth opportunities
- Managing relationships and facilitating partnerships with over 600 certified members
- Coordinating the allocation of relevant resources and information to members
- Creating and maintaining communications materials for members in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Reviewing and validating supplier certifications and recertifications to maintain a strong membership base
- Managing and executing the annual budget, strategic plans, and improved processes
- Overseeing the training and performance of team members including full-time staff, interns, and volunteers
- Assisting with events and sponsorship activities that engage with suppliers
About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for diversity and inclusion. You should have:
- A bachelor's degree in business or another relevant field
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365
- At least two years of experience in a managerial role, overseeing junior staff
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving collaboration between organizations
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, from junior to executive level
- A strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture as well as the small details
- Effective project management as a leader while also analyzing performance and results
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
