## Job Opportunity at SHIFT Rehab Services

We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at SHIFT Rehab Services in the Okanagan Valley. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from orthopedic injuries to chronic pain and post-operative cases.

### Responsibilities

* Assess new clients and provide high-quality massage sessions based on their individual needs
* Customize each session to meet the unique requirements of each client
* Provide disability management coordination and work with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals
* Manage client files, including charting, communication, and written reports
* Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

### Requirements

* Valid BC RMT registration and membership in good standing with The College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia
* Professional and commercial general liability insurance
* Ability to see ICBC clients
* Current first aid and CPR certification
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Passion for massage therapy and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
