About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at MR + TIRES. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including financial statements and management reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
