Job Description:

This role involves assisting in the day-to-day activities of the pastry kitchen team, including preparing and presenting desserts, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, including ice creams, frozen treats, and doughnuts.
  • Maintain accurate records of food ingredients and costs.
  • Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards, as set out by the Executive Pastry Chef.
  • Control food costs and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a pastry capacity.
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts an asset.
  • Knowledge of new trends in presentation and preparation.
