We are a reputable notary corporation seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administration Specialist to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing administrative support to our notary services, including scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing financial statements and reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and correspondence are accurate and compliant with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the notary industry;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
