Job Title: Marketing Communications Campaign Lead

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Campaign Lead to join our team in the Canada Region. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive success in major pursuits, advance regional business goals, and align with global and regional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing positioning strategies aligned to winning key pursuits and supporting region initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, business development teams, and regional leaders, to develop and implement campaigns that align with business objectives and drive success in key pursuits.
  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and support overall business objectives.
  • Write and edit content tailored for various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional media channels.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, client account managers, and technical staff to strategize and write thought leadership articles and blogs.
  • Work with the Marketing Communications team to create and share compelling content across various channels, ensuring consistency with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, or related field, plus six years of marketing communications experience in a large professional services organization.
  • Experience leading and optimizing marketing campaigns aligned to pursuit positioning, with a strong understanding of business objectives and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe packages, including InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
