  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain our inventory levels to ensure we are always stocked with the products our customers want.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.

Work Setting: Our retail store is located at Nisku Truck Stop and operates in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a team of sales staff and management to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
