Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect at the LM Architectural Group, you will be responsible for adjusting designs to conform to limiting factors such as budget allocation and cost of materials, consulting with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered, generating building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons, project management, conceptualizing and designing buildings and developing plans describing design specifications, building materials, costs, and construction schedules, preparing sketches and models, performing architectural research, tendering and administering contracts, and monitoring activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years or more of experience as an Architect;
- A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, Architectural software programs, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Computer-aided design (CAD), SketchUp, V-Ray, and InDesign.
