Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, while also maintaining a high level of product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Ensure that the sales floor is visually merchandised to the highest standard and that all products are accurately priced and stocked.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
