RATESDOTCA Group Ltd. offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth and innovation in our Performance Marketing department.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, with expertise in PPC, SEO, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that propel our growth and enhance our digital footprint. This includes optimizing our marketing initiatives to achieve outstanding ROI and connecting with our target audience effectively.

You will also work closely with our media agency to ensure seamless alignment with our objectives, using data analytics to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance for maximum impact and efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure integrated strategies and successful campaign outcomes. You will deliver compelling performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing key metrics and actionable insights.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, which is reflective of the market rate for this role in the region. Our compensation package also includes full employer-paid benefits, an RRSP Matching Program, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
