Key Responsibilities:


• Welcome and engage with customers, setting clear expectations and delivering exceptional service

• Fit glasses and place prescriptions with precision and attention to detail

• Demonstrate expertise in optical acumen and provide guidance to colleagues as needed

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear to meet customer needs and standards

• Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions

• Utilize technology effectively, even in high-pressure situations, and maintain exceptional product knowledge

• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations

• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies

• Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, taking pride in our appearance and customer experience

• Report safety opportunities to management and demonstrate safe work practices

• Embody a resourceful, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset, with a desire for continuous learning and improvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


• High School graduate or equivalent

• State Licensure

• Optical dispensing experience

• Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork

• Knowledge of current store merchandise

• Basic math skills

• Awareness of current fashion trends

• Selling skills, including the ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet

• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators

• Willingness to adapt to new technology and change

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• Previous customer service and retail experience
