Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ADR Truck & Trailer Repair. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our management team and play a key part in the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Work Setting:

Benefits:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on experience
