About the Opportunity:

As a Hearing Care Coordinator at Beltone Canada, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the business success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel valued
  • Answer phone calls efficiently and effectively
  • Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
  • Successfully utilize True Block scheduling to maximize test opportunities
  • Order and sell products, as well as general office duties
  • Perform follow-up activities with customers and leads
  • Process clinic forms correctly and manage customer records
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through business networking and outreach
  • Manage customer database and call list
  • Submit insurance claims and manage account receivables and payables
  • Cash management including making bank deposits and balancing sales media

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of previous office experience preferred
  • 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be well organized and able to multitask effectively
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills required
  • Able to sit at a desk for 70-90% of the work day
  • Self-motivated and highly organized individual desired

Location: Fort McMurry, AB, Canada

Salary: Estimated $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
