Job Title: Head of Delivery Pay

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our delivery pay optimization efforts. As the Head of Delivery Pay, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global pay strategy that drives network performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global pay optimization strategy that leverages data and analytics to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new pay models and incentives that motivate couriers and drive network performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for pay optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional directors and global functions.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on pay optimization efforts and results.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of pricing models and their impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for pay optimization and develop actionable insights.
