About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Planning to lead our dynamic team in shaping the future of our city. Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive planning strategies that align with our city's vision and goals.
  • Leading a high-performing team of planners to achieve outstanding results.
  • Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and excellent quality.
  • Engaging with community members, stakeholders, and other organizations to build strong relationships and drive positive outcomes.


Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Extensive experience in planning and leadership roles, preferably within a municipal or local government context.
  • A deep understanding of urban planning principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, councilors, and internal teams.
