Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff
We are looking for someone who can identify and hire the right candidates for our cleaning team, and provide them with the necessary training to excel in their roles.
Supervise and Coordinate ActivitiesYou will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Inspect FacilitiesYou will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Recommend Additional ServicesYou will be responsible for identifying areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or renovations, and making recommendations to management.
Receive PaymentsYou will be responsible for receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist CleanersYou will be responsible for assisting our cleaning staff with their duties, and providing support and guidance as needed.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsYou will be responsible for coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that our facilities are running smoothly.
Establish Work SchedulesYou will be responsible for establishing work schedules for our cleaning staff, and ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
