Fusion Operations Coordinator

Job OverviewThis role involves overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment as an Office Coordinator (Part-time). This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with previous experience in a business administration role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and direct all phone calls coming to the Vancouver corporate phone number.
- Greet visitors and ensure registration in the visitor log, issue visitor identification badges when appropriate, and notify staff of the visitor's arrival.
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail/packages and deliver office supplies.
- Maintain safe, clean, and free of clutter work spaces.
- Prepare and keep updated the Building Management contact info and description of actions.
- Update the weekly newsletter for distribution on Friday to Vancouver office employees.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested.
- Manage the seating chart and assign spaces according to guidance, print name tags for cubicles.
- Ensure the office is stocked with office supplies and other required items to maintain office operations.
