Job Details

At Disability Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients, and will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Support Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Providing polite and professional communication via phone and email
  • Collaborating with other support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis
  • Completing payroll and attendance
  • Assisting with documentation for HR and Health and Safety processes
  • Maintaining electronic filing systems
  • Writing, editing and scanning documents for tracking


Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent writing skills, including spelling, punctuation and sentence structure
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience
  • Minimum 5 years' residency in Canada
  • A clear criminal record check
