Primary Care Physician Lead

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our team at Montrose Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our primary care program.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a clinic setting
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines
- Medical degree from a recognized university
- Licence to practice medicine in Canada
- Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A competitive salary range: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience
